Tough on Crime!
Jack, like Bush, is not afraid to bite the bad guy. (see The Third Story)

Jack Justice has an important job. He lives and works in a tough urban neighborhood. For eight years he has been the "watch-dog" for hundreds of kids who, over the years, have come to a local after-school program. He protects his mom (who runs the program) from drunks that wander in off the street or people that try to sneak in the building and steal what doesn't belong to them. As he keeps the neighborhood safer and provides love for needy kids, he likes knowing that the "W" is doing the same in the global "neighborhood".
