Harry Reid is fully on board with the "new tone": [W]hen Democrats were asked if they were concerned about Republicans blocking the package, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid had a swift one-word answer: “No.” We've already learned that much of Obama's campaign promises were "just rhetoric."
